These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of MrQ.

1. AcceptanceBy using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately stop using our services.

2. DefinitionsIn this Agreement:(a) "Services" means the MrQ website, mobile application, or other digital platform operated by us.(b) "User Content" means all information and data that you submit to our Services through your account or otherwise.(c) "We/Us/Our" refers to MrQ.

3. Use of Our Services(a) You must only use our Services for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and international agreements.(b) Your access to the Services is provided on an as-is basis. We disclaim any responsibility for the security or integrity of your data.

4. User Content(a) By submitting User Content through our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content for purposes of providing services, improving products, and promoting MrQ.(b) You represent that all information submitted by you is true and accurate and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property Rights(a) We reserve the right to own all intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights.(b) Any software or tools available through the Services are licensed for use by you solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers(a) We do not guarantee that our Services will meet all of your requirements, provide continuous, uninterrupted service, or be free from errors.(b) Our liability to you is limited as set out in Section 8 below.

7. Limitation on LiabilityOur total liability for damages, claims, actions, demands, costs and expenses (including court costs and lawyer's fees) arising out of any dispute, controversy or claim related to your use of our Services will not exceed the amount paid by you in relation to that particular issue during one year preceding such event.

8. Indemnification(a) You agree to indemnify us for all losses incurred as a result of your breach or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.(b) Your obligations under this Section shall survive any termination of the Agreement.

9. Changes and ModificationsWe may modify, suspend, add or remove our Services at any time without prior notice or liability.

Termination(a) We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services if we believe you have breached these Terms.(b) Upon termination for breach, all rights granted under this Agreement shall automatically terminate and cease, including but not limited to any license to use the Services.(c) All accrued claims or liabilities arising prior to such event will survive.

11. Governing LawThese terms and conditions will be governed by the laws without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
